Day 1 – Arrive in Surabaya – Tretes (D)

Upon arrival at Juanda Airport Surabaya, you will be met and proceed for a brief city tour of Surabaya, if time permits before transferring to Tretes – the most popular mountain resort of East Java for your overnight accomodation. The rest of the day will be free at leisure or enjoy a horse riding exploring the beautiful countryside and kampongs. Do not miss the nearby waterfall known as Kakek Bodo meaning Stupid Oldman (all on your own expenses).

Day 2 – Tretes – Safari Park – Batu – Mount Bromo (B,L)

After breakfast, your tour begin with a visit to Indonesia Safari Park – a place with a “Back To Nature” atmosphere and where you will see over 1,000 animals consistong of 150 species from 5 continental wild life roaming freely.

Afterwards continue to Batu (also known as Apple Town) for visiting apple garden, the best apple in the region. After lunch proceed to Mount Bromo area for overnight. Dinner at local restaurant or hotel.

Day 3 – Mount Bromo – Baluran – Banyuwangi (B,L,D)

Around 3 AM you will start your exciting trip to the summit of Mount Bromo (heavy clothes is needed as the temperature may drop sharply while you are on the mountain). From hotel you will be taken by mini coach to the local village of Ngadisari where a horse (rent at your own expenses) or on foot to take you across the sea of sand before reaching the foot of the crater. The rim of the crater is where you watch the beautiful sunrise at its best view and its best view and it is only accessible by climbing 245 steps. After having experience and enjoying the beautiful scenery and magnificent landscape of Mount Bromo, you return to your hotel for breakfast.

After breakfast at hotel, you will be proceed to Pasir Putih Beach for a short breath taking, then short drive to Situbodo for your lunch.

After lunch, proceed to Baluran National Park, where we can access for an optional candelit exploration wildfire abounds including monkeys, wild buffaloes, wild oxen (banteng) and other animals and birds which can be seen from the tower or in the grassy savannah bush. In the evening will arrive at Banyuwangi for your dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – Banyuwangi – Ijen Plateau – Surabaya (B,L,D)

Early in the morning drive to Licin Jambu/Sempol then start walking up (+/-60 minutes) to the Ijen Crater – a dormant volcano complex, offering superb and beautiful scene at the top of strenuous climb. Also in the crater recesses sulfur mining can be witnessed. After lunch at local restaurany return to Surabaya for your dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Surabaya – Departure (B)

After breakfast free until transfer to the airport for your flight to next destination.
